REMOTE ACCOUNT REP

Detroit Sewn is seeking a remote straight commission Account Rep with sale experience, preferably in the merchandise or promotional product industry. We offer a generous percentage of your sales to keep you motivated.

Position Summary

The Account Rep’s primary role is to maximize sales opportunities for promotional sewn products. This position promotes customer engagement and strengthening account relationships that increases customer retention outcomes. The Account Rep is responsible for increasing Detroit Sewn’s market share by establishing new opportunities with businesses and individuals in need of branded sewn merchandise, including apparel and accessories.

 

• Drive sales engagement and introduce new products and relatable trends to customers through images and online catalogs.

• Provide exceptional customer service, facilitate customer requests, manage sales orders.

• Collaborate with the design and supply chain team.

• Ensure sales orders and shipping expectations are accurate and approved by the customer.

• Manage a fast-paced workload while providing clear communication to your customers and teammates.

• Utilize best practices in sales techniques that grow and retain customers, producing year over year growth and increases in perceived customer value.

• Onboard accounts and maintain client files.

• Be highly responsive and assist with urgent requests or issue escalations in a timely manner.
