RETURNS

For retail purchases:

We want you to be satisfied with your purchase.

 

Returns of new, unused, unwashed and unaltered items with all internal and external garment tags intact and proof of receipt will be accepted up to 30 days after date of the shipment confirmation email.

 

Refunds are made in the form of original payment.

 

Email info@detroitsewn.com with your order number and reason for return.

 

All clearance or final sale items are not eligible for returns or exchanges.

 

Please allow up to 15 days for us to receive and process your return or exchange.

 

Detroit Sewn reserves the right to refuse the return of any merchandise that does not meet the above return requirements in Detroit Sewn's sole discretion.
